These terms set out the conditions for using Zubora Kakeibo ("the app"). Downloading or using the app is taken as agreement to them.

What the app is

The app is a personal household budget tool in which an AI organises records written as ordinary chat messages. Categorisation, totals, the monthly summary and currency conversion are produced by AI and automated processing, and their accuracy is not guaranteed. Please check the records yourself before relying on them for any decision that matters.

What is not allowed

Paid plans

After the free trial ends, a paid subscription is available (timing depends on development).

Monthly usage limit

AI processing costs money, so there is a monthly cap on usage. If the cap is reached, features that use the AI may become unavailable for the rest of that month. Reaching the cap is not grounds for a refund.

Disclaimer

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including incorrect records, lost data, or financial loss.

Changes and discontinuation

The developer may change or discontinue the app without prior notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
